On this page · Quick picks: choose the load before the deal
For a GRECELL power station for camping and occasional plug-in backup, start with the T-500: its 519.48Wh battery and 500W continuous AC output are a useful middle step. Choose T300S for smaller, USB-focused trips, or T-1000 when your load needs up to 1,000W continuous output and more stored energy. The original T300 is a legacy reference, and the similar names conceal changes to capacity, ports and charging hardware.
Quick picks: choose the load before the deal
- T-500 — starting pick: choose it when the small station's energy budget is too tight, but your appliances fit within its output limit.
- T300S — smaller electronics kit: choose it for USB-C charging after checking the disputed second-port specification. Skip it for AC backup while recharging.
- T-1000 — higher-output pick: choose it when the worksheet requires its larger battery or inverter. Allow time for adapter-based refills.
- Original T300 — identify before buying: use the historical specifications below to recognize old stock, rather than treating the name as interchangeable with T300S.

T-500: the starting pick for camping
The T-500 holds 519.48Wh, with two AC outlets sharing 500W continuous output and a 1,000W peak. GRECELL lists 14.1 lb. Choose it over T300S when you need more stored energy between refills or an appliance that exceeds the smaller station's output rating.
Its ports include one 60W USB-C, three 18W USB-A, two DC5525 outputs, a vehicle outlet and 10W wireless charging. Moving up buys storage and AC power; it does not increase that USB-C port's ceiling. Check your laptop's charging requirements before leaving its AC adapter at home.
The standard contents list specifies the AC adapter, vehicle charging cable, solar connector cable, cable bag and manual. The official page offers 500W Power Station and With 120w Solar Panel options. Select the panel option only if you need that complete package; the station-only option should not be mistaken for a solar kit.

T300S: the small choice, with revision checks
The useful upgrade is two USB-C outputs, compared with one on the original T300. The trade-offs are 230.88Wh instead of 288.6Wh, 45W instead of 60W input, and removal of the original's two DC5521 outputs, according to GRECELL's comparison. Both have a published 330W rated / 600W peak output, despite the store's generic 300W title.
Resolve these official-source conflicts before choosing it for a specific port or carry weight:
- Second USB-C: the comparison and product page say 18W, while the PDF reached through the manual directory specifies 5V, 3A, 15W maximum. The first USB-C is consistently 60W.
- USB-A: the comparison says 15W per port; the product page and linked PDF say 18W. Do not assume the faster profile without confirmation.
- Weight: the comparison and directory PDF say about 3.3kg, but the product page says 10.2 lb / 4.63kg. Ask for the actual unit's specification if carrying weight decides the purchase.
- Manual identity: that directory PDF is headed T300, yet specifies 230.88Wh and 45W input. The product page's own download points to another PDF whose text could not be extracted. Match the supplied manual, battery label and port layout together.
The directory PDF quotes 6–7 hours using its supplied AC adapter. That is the maker's estimate for the documented configuration, not fast USB-C input charging.

T-1000: when you need the 1,000W model
The GRECELL portable power station 1000W covered here is model T-1000: 999Wh, NCM lithium-ion, 1,000W rated AC and 2,000W peak, weighing 17.9 lb. Its two AC outlets share the rated output; do not read the product table's “2 x 1000W” wording as double the station's power.
USB-C remains 60W. The larger battery makes sense when the energy worksheet needs it, but it does not turn this into a higher-power USB-C charger. GRECELL lists 155W maximum input, so allow a substantial recharge window.
The official manual gives 7–8 hours for wall charging in its chart, but 6–7 hours in the following prose. We would plan around the slower figure and confirm the supplied adapter, rather than promise a precise refill time.

T300 versus T300S: old stock and another 300W model
GRECELL's comparison article calls T300 discontinued, yet its 288Wh store listing still exposes an Add to cart control. That listing also mixes a 300W output field with 330W feature copy and a port description combining features from the two revisions. A live page alone does not settle the actual unit or condition supplied.
We therefore do not recommend original T300 as a current pick. Before buying legacy stock, obtain the battery-label capacity, exact output rating, port photograph, charger label, condition and applicable warranty in writing. Existing owners can use the historical comparison to identify their unit, but should follow its supplied manual.
There is also a separate GRECELL HW01 listing: 230.4Wh, LiFePO4 and 300W rated output, with 100W Type-C input listed. It is not T300S. Do not transfer its chemistry or recharge features to the similarly titled NCM station.
Size the battery and the inverter separately
Use watts for simultaneous power and watt-hours for energy. Add the running loads, check each appliance's starting requirements, and then calculate the energy needed between recharge opportunities. A peak rating is not a continuous operating allowance.
For a transparent runtime example, GRECELL's T-1000 page uses a conversion factor of 0.85. At an assumed steady 100W load, its formula gives 999Wh × 0.85 ÷ 100W ≈ 8.5 hours. This is an estimate, not a measured result or a guaranteed fridge runtime; the maker says actual working time varies and warns that leaving AC enabled consumes energy even without a load.
For a cycling refrigerator, work from its actual energy use and startup requirements; our refrigerator power guide explains that sizing job. These picks are for plug-in loads. Connecting home backup equipment to household wiring requires a licensed electrician and a permit where required.

For solar, T300S is specified at 12–26V and 45W maximum. The T-500 page lists 12–26V PV input, 6–8.5A, and its 105W overall input ceiling. The T-1000 manual specifies 12–26V, 8A maximum solar input; its product page instead lists 8–8.5A. Seek confirmation for the actual unit rather than designing around the larger number. A panel's nameplate watts do not override an input limit.
Match voltage, current, connector and the complete cable before ordering a third-party panel. Our portable solar-panel guide helps compare panels after the station choice.

Save the stated condition, proof of purchase and applicable return and warranty terms.
Winter and gift checkout
The T300S, T-500 and T-1000 product specifications give a 32–104°F / 0–40°C charging range. Plan a suitable charging location for winter use; a discharge or storage limit does not authorize charging a cold battery outside that range.
For a gift, verify the recipient's devices, carrying needs and charging kit. GRECELL's direct-store policy states a 24-month warranty excluding accessories, limited to the original consumer purchaser, and excludes unauthorized-reseller purchases. It explicitly directs marketplace customers to their seller's channel.
The same policy advertises 30-day direct-store returns, but says the guarantee does not apply to unpackaged and used products; non-defect return shipping is paid by the customer. Check those restrictions before opening a gift, and read the selected seller's terms rather than assuming the direct-store policy applies everywhere.
How we choose
We compare official product specifications, the maker's revision comparison, available manual text and direct-store terms. Recommendations follow capacity, continuous output, usable ports and the complete charging order. Conflicts remain visible; inaccessible manual text does not verify a specification. This is desk research, and runtime arithmetic uses stated assumptions. Our broader power-station guide covers alternatives when these limits do not fit.
Verdict
Start with T-500 for the middle size, choose T300S for a smaller USB-focused kit after resolving its port details, and step up to T-1000 when your load worksheet needs it. Buy by exact model and complete package. Leave original T300 out of a new shortlist unless its identity, condition and support terms are confirmed.
Frequently asked questions
Is the GRECELL T300S better than the T300?
Choose T300S for its two USB-C outputs, provided the seller confirms the ports you need. GRECELL's comparison gives it 230.88Wh versus the original T300's 288.6Wh, with the same 330W rated AC output. It also removes the original's DC5521 outputs and reduces input power from 60W to 45W. The maker calls T300 discontinued, despite a surviving store listing.
Is the GRECELL portable power station 1000W LiFePO4?
The T-1000 covered here is not specified as LiFePO4: GRECELL identifies its battery as NCM lithium-ion and its capacity as 999Wh. Its rated AC output is 1,000W; the 2,000W peak figure is separate. Another GRECELL listing, HW01, does specify LiFePO4, so chemistry must be checked by exact model rather than by brand or a generic wattage title.
Can the GRECELL T300S power AC devices while charging?
Do not plan on that use. Its product page excludes AC output from pass-through charging, and the linked manual explicitly says not to connect AC devices while charging. That PDF is confusingly headed T300, but describes the 230.88Wh, 45W-input configuration. Check the supplied manual against the unit; general pass-through wording does not establish uninterrupted backup capability.
Does a GRECELL power station include a solar panel?
Choose the package explicitly. The T300S and T-500 standard contents lists include an AC adapter, vehicle charging cable and solar connector cable; that does not mean a panel is included. The T-500 and T-1000 store pages separately offer a With 120w Solar Panel option. Check the selected bundle, panel identity and complete cable before ordering.
